I think AOL is a total fail!! If you want a AWESOME internet experience do as follows:.. 1. Get a new computer with a processor faster than 2ghz with windows 7!! 2. Get Fiber or more than 8 mb/s speeds NOT 8 kb/s!!!, If you love speed = Verizon Fios is AWESOME!! 3. Get the BEST antivirus POSSIBLE!!! I perfer Kaspersky ;) 4: If your rolling with anything older than xp on your computer, you will be wasting more money upgrading than to just go buy a new one. AOL = FAIL ...again xD

Yo recently I cancelled my account and my internet is supposed to stop next friday and basically they have made my internet ten times slower and turns off at night. Next friday I will be getting SKY internet : )

I worked for T-Mobile for over a year, 3 months in Flex pay. Bitching about wait times is bullshit but whatever. as a phone company we can always remind them of a "cancellation fee" and at least get a few more bucks out of them. The appropriate way for "John at AOL" to respond would have been, "I am very sorry to hear that. was there any part of your service you were dissatisfied with or any way we can improve this for you to keep you as a customer?" if they say no, then FUCKING CANCEL IT.
